How do you treat pain from skiing and snowboarding?
We’ll start by doing a full assessment, talking to you to understand how your condition affects you and asking you to do various gentle bends and stretches to understand your flexibility and pinpoint what causes pain. We’ll talk about your aims – both on and off the slopes – and come up with a tailored plan of exercises and treatments to help rebuild your stamina, strength and movement to speed up your recovery and prevent future injuries.
